We here at J.C.'s Sweet Sensations, always put our customers first. We like to work with you and help you to choose the right favor for your event. So when you call us at (516) 728-6056 with your order we can give you that personal touch that you deserve for your very special event.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept personal, business, cashiers checks and money orders. After calling us and placing your order, we will mail or Fax you two (2) copies of the order form (Shipping and Handling charges will be added in when you place your order) Please read the order form over sign it and send one copy back along with your payment to J.C.'s Sweet Sensations, LLC, P.O. Box 984, Plainview, N.Y. 11803.
We will contact you upon receipt of your payment and before shipping of your chocolates. All orders will be shipped out at least one week before your event. If you need an earlier date you can contact us at any time.
SALES AND TAX INFORMATION State Law requires a 8.625% Sales Tax for New York Residents.
DELIVERY
During the cool and winter months, we ship our chocolates out UPS Ground. Signature will be required upon delivery, cartons can not be left unattended outside. Please have someone be available to receive the cartons. This will protect the chocolates from any inclement weather. If someone is not available to receive them, we can not be responsible for the chocolates.
To prevent your packages from being held in a heated warehouse, all orders will be shipped out in the beginning of the week.
During warm weather months, May through September or very warm climates, all orders must be shipped either overnight or 2nd day air. All orders will be packed in an insulated shipping containers. (for an additional cost) with freezer packs. |
